ABOUT ME 🛸

I'M TASSY, a non-binary performing artist from the peach state. Singing was my first love, but I took my first steps dancing to The Sound of Music on VCR.

I began my training at Bravo Dance Center in Acworth, GA and the Cobb County Center For Excellence in the Performing Arts at Pebblebrook High School in Mableton, GA. I then graduated in 2022 from Wright State University with a BFA in Musical Theatre and a Minor in Dance. Raider Up!!​

Back in 2023, I basked in my Greek heritage and performed across North America in the ensemble of the MAMMA MIA! 25th Anniversary Tour (dir. Martha Banta). After moving to NYC in one week, I had the most electric experience making my Broadway debut as an ensemble member and cover in THE WHO's TOMMY Revival (dir. Des McAnuff) at the Nederlander Theatre during the spring of 2024.

I am passionate about all the ways theatre serves humanity. I believe theatre is a beautiful medium we can use to inform and accept one another, help each other feel seen and heard, and share our deepest truths and experiences. People are inherently artistic, and I'm so grateful to be part of a community that routinely practices understanding and acceptance.

 

I am also profoundly connected to jazz music and dance. I feel the most whole and myself while singing a standard.

 

Some of my hobbies include jewelry-making (wire and leather work), minimalist painting and learning guitar. I am a human rights activist, shaggy-pixie pansexual, damn weirdo, Scorpio and caffeine addict. I will beg you to tell me anything you know about outer space, and I also love to laugh more than anything.

 

I owe everything to God, family, Dave, Ali, my tenacious friends and mentors along the way who have helped shape my personal and artistic journey.
